Essentials
Our Essentials Package provides day-to-day support for one facet of your HR function—whether it’s hiring and onboarding, managing payroll and time off, benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS administration, or engagement and wellness, among others as agreed upon.
The Essentials package is billed on a month-to-month basis for a flat fee of $1,000. This service is ideal for businesses that need a reliable partner to own and optimize a specific area of HR. This package brings consistency and expertise where you need it most.
This includes ownership of one HR function. After consultation it may be determined by either party that it would be most beneficial to add another essential function to this package. Additional services are scoped and proposed separately.
The initial engagement fee ranges from $500 - $2,000 depending on the scope of the initial work required to support the HR function.
Project work may be proposed and outlined in an additional agreement which would be subject to additional cost outside of the monthly retainer.

Core Partnership
This package includes ongoing day-to-day HR support across multiple functions—such as onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits, timekeeping and payroll, hiring, performance management, HRIS administration, training, etc. This service is ideal for businesses seeking a steady HR presence without hiring in-house.
The Core Partnership is billed on a month-to-month basis for a flat fee between $2,500 and $3,000, depending on scope of service agreed upon.
This option provides organizations with a high value for low cost. For example, hiring an in-house HR Specialist at a rate of $60,000 per year plus benefits would be approximately $78,000 all in. At the highest level of support, this service comes in at $36,000 per year, providing you with a savings of $42,000 per year.
The initial engagement fee ranges from $2,000 - $3,000 depending on the scope of work required to get started.
Special projects (such as policy overhauls, audits, or program builds) are scoped and billed separately, giving you the flexibility to grow at your own pace while keeping your foundational HR strong and supported.

Growth Partner
Ideal for growing teams who need more than day-to-day support, the Growth Partner package focuses on designing and optimizing the HR infrastructure that supports daily operations and sets organizations up to scale their operations. Focusing on HR systems, processes, and policies—this service is rooted in compliance and built for consistency as you grow.
The Growth Partner service is billed on a month-to-month basis for a fee of between $3,500 - $5,000, depending on scope of service agreed upon.
This option provides organizations with the highest level of HR Generalist or Manager experience for much less than hiring in-house. For example, hiring an in-house HR Manager at $80,000 per year plus benefits would be approximately $105,00 all in. At the highest level of support, this service comes in at $60,000 per year, providing you with a savings of $45,000 per year.
Includes services such as: Onboarding & offboarding framework. Policy & handbook creation or updates. Hiring support (job descriptions, postings, interviews, offers, etc.) as well as training for employees and managers on HR best practices. Payroll, workflows, integrations, & vendor coordination. HRIS setup, guidance & systems design. Compensation structure analysis and recommendations, Performance management support. Manager and employee DiSC training. Manager coaching and employee relations support. Culture assessment and recommendations. Employee communication and change management. Compliance support (FMLA, leaves, wage/hour, etc.)
Implementation of new systems or other large scale projects scoped and priced separately.

Executive
This package offers executive-level strategy and alignment across your organization. Designed ideally for organizations with over 100 employees who have an existing HR presence. Ideal for companies experiencing additional growth or acquisitions whose HR functions have not scaled appropriately since their initial growth phase. Often this service is best for established companies with revenue between 10MM and 50MM per year with a defined leadership team.
The Executive service is billed on a month-to-month basis for a fee of between $6,500 - $8,000, depending on scope of service agreed upon.
This service provides organizations with the highest level of strategic partnership, advising on big-picture planning, organizational design, and scalable people systems—without embedding in the day-to-day. For example, hiring an in-house VP of HR at $120,000 per year plus benefits would be approximately $156,000 all in. At the highest level of support, this service comes in at $96,000 per year, providing you with a savings of $60,000 per year.
Includes services such as: People strategy, succession planning, re-orgs, role clarity, and future-state planning. Management and Executive level sourcing and hiring. Culture and values alignment with customized training and employee engagement sessions. Performance and compensation philosophy and system implementation. Payroll strategy and HRIS integrations. Benefits overhaul, strategy, broker selection, strategic benefit selection, in-house open enrollment sessions, benefit integrations, and ongoing oversight. HRIS strategy, vendor selection, implementation, overhauls, and training for administrators. Insight and recommendations on employee relations concerns, UIA, workers comp, FMLA, ADAAA, EEOC, etc. Strategic support for state and federal reporting, compliance, and guidance on changes to employer requirements (ESTA, minimum wage, etc.)
Implementation of new systems or other large scale projects outside of initial scope may be priced separately.

Project Based Support
Tailored, one-time HR initiatives designed to solve complex challenges, implement new systems, or overhaul key processes—delivered with a clear scope, defined milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Example Project Types: HRIS or payroll system implementation. Process design and rollout. Employee handbook creation or overhaul. Performance management program design or refresh. Compensation structure creation or overhaul. Benefits program design or vendor search. Culture, engagement, or retention strategy projects. Training program design and implementation.
Project costs range by level of complexity, however, most projects come in between $500 and $5,000.

Interim HR Support
Flexible, short-term HR coverage to ensure continuity, compliance, and team support when your organization needs it most. This option helps bridge the gap during leaves of absence or between HR hires. We know things can change in an instant and pride ourselves on our speed to service. With strong communication during engagement, we can get up and running within a few days.
Includes services such as: Managing daily HR operations. Overseeing payroll, benefits, and compliance. Supporting recruitment and onboarding, Employee relations and performance management. Maintaining HR systems and processes.
Interim HR Support costs vary due to size of organization, level of complexity, amount of hiring and onboarding, and length of engagement. Most month-to-month agreements range between $3,000-$5,000 for Manager/Generalist role and $1,500 - $3,000 for a Specialist role, however will be scoped and agreed upon before engagement.
